Where or how did you buy the tickets. The game is in Essen I believe. If I buy tickets here for the SVWW games on the website or Eventim there is a print at home version. Not quite sure if that counts for Eventim as well.

I bought them on the SVWW website. I didn't see any email option for them to be emailed, so asked them to be posted to my hotel.
I have received an invoice through email but not the tickets. I see on the SVWW website there is a section for 'digital tickets', but I don't have mine there.
On the ticket section of the website I can see my order and it is marked as 'in progress '.
I have tried to contact SVWW but haven't heard back from anyone

It says that there are only "Hardtickets" availlable, that can be picked up at the office or mailed. Unfortunately there is only a phone number ( pay per call) that may not work from outside of the country. Have you tried the fansupport. They are not in charge of the tickets, but maybe the have more of a heart concerning your problem and will be able to contact someone in the office. Email is "fanbetreuung@svww.de" . @Dominik. Ich hab das eben schon mal geschrieben unter einem anderen Thema, hast Du aber wohl noch nicht gesehen. Deshalb schreib ich das hier nochmal.
Ich habe es vorhin versucht, mich hier im Forum anzumelden. Ich konnte jetzt zwar soweit alles ausfüllen und absenden, konnte aber dann nicht erkennen, ob das alles angelaufen ist. Ich hatte dann plötzlich nur die Seite offen von xobor, um selbst ein Forum zu eröffnen. Auch kam bisher keine E-Mail, die ja eigentlich kommen soll. Scheint also immer noch nicht zu funktionieren, sich neu zu registrieren
